UPGRADE FOR MORNINGTON SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT SCHOOL

UPGRADE FOR MORNINGTON SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT SCHOOL Main Image
Students at Mornington Special Development School will benefit from new and upgraded classrooms and facilities thanks to the Allan Labor Government.
Member for Eastern Victoria Tom McIntosh today visited the school to announce that works are complete and participated in a tour of the new classrooms and learning facilities.
The upgrades mean local students with special needs can learn and grow in a world-class environment.
The works were delivered by the Labor Government’s $6.7 million investment in the school.
Since coming into office, Labor has funded an upgrade for every public specialist school in Victoria.
Labor’s priority is that every child has access to a world-class education in a public school.
In stark contrast, the Liberals and Nationals cut $1 billion from the education budget when they were last in power.
Labor’s record investment in education has seen 121 new public schools delivered and more than 2,300 school upgrades across Victoria.
